Jessica Penix brings a dynamic blend of expertise in psychology, operations management, and nutrition to Perfect Form LA. With a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University and an M.A. in Operations Management with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University, Jessica combines her academic background with real-world experience. As a former competitive dancer and owner of the organic meal prep company Power Foods Meal Prep, she understands the importance of a holistic approach to wellness.
Jessica believes wellness is not a straight line, it’s a journey that’s unique to each individual. Alongside her husband Alec, Jessica coaches with a personalized approach, tailoring nutrition guidance and fitness strategies to fit each client’s lifestyle and goals. Her curated recipes and customized coaching provide the tools to achieve lasting results while maintaining balance and joy in the process.

Neil Angevine was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. After graduation, Neil followed his passion for fitness and performance and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in fitness, acting, and stunt work.
Certified by NASM and Precision Nutrition Level 1, Neil has trained under some of the industry’s top celebrity coaches, mastering diverse techniques and methods. He integrates his expertise in acting, stunts, and fitness to prepare for roles and fitness shoots, showcasing a unique blend of discipline and creativity for himself and his clients. Neil's dynamic training style is dedicated to unlocking potential, inspiring clients to elevate their physical fitness and overall wellness.

Rachel Hernandez grew up in Indiana before moving to California to attend Azusa Pacific University. During her time at Azusa Pacific, she competed on the springboard dive team and earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology. She later pursued her Master’s degree at the University of Southern California, graduating in 2024 with a Master’s in Public Health.
Rachel is a certified NASM personal trainer, Precision Nutrition coach, AFAA group fitness instructor, and Schwinn cycle instructor. With over five years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she has worked with clients across various fitness goals, including weight loss, mobility improvement, and strength training. Additionally, Rachel has three years of medical experience as a scribe in both Emergency Room and dermatology settings.Her expertise and passion make her a versatile and dedicated fitness and wellness professional.
