Prioritize “Micro-Consistency” as the Holidays Begin
November is the month when routines tend to shift — schedules get fuller, travel picks up, and healthy habits often get pushed aside. But at Perfect Form LA, we teach our members that the key to staying on track isn’t perfection… it’s micro-consistency.
Instead of trying to overhaul your entire routine, focus on the small, repeatable actions that keep your momentum alive:
- Move Weekly: Get in at least one structured workout each week (our new Friday 8 AM class or Saturday sessions are great options).
- Protein First: Keep your protein goal consistent even on busy or social days.
- Recovery Reset: Use recovery intentionally — the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and compression therapy can support energy and reduce stress as the holiday season ramps up.
- Hydrate & Plan: Stay hydrated, especially with colder weather and indoor heating. Schedule your workouts ahead of time so they don’t get lost in holiday chaos.
These small habits compound quickly. Micro-consistency prevents the “holiday slide,” keeps you feeling strong, and sets you up to enter December — and the New Year — with confidence rather than a reset mentality.
